The EU-funded project “Enabling women in Central of Vietnam to improve their lives and protect the environment, and natural resources by applying green and circular economy” (in short, the project), contributes to increasing the participation of women in Da Nang city in the green and circular economy. By creating a comprehensive environment for women to understand about the green and circular economy, as well as equipping them with a capacity-building programme and also a sustainable funding mechanism, women will not only improve their access to decent jobs in this field to gain income, but also get encouraged to develop their entrepreneurship to improve their role in the areas.
This project is implemented by GreenViet Biodiversity Conservation Centre (GreenViet, Vietnam) – the lead, Visible Impact (Germany), and Centre for Social Research and Development (CSRD, Vietnam). The project is funded by the Delegation of the European Union to Vietnam.
As part of the project’s activities, a 2-day training course will be organised in Da Nang City for 30 local women from the Women’s Union and Youth Union of Hai Van ward, Song Vang commune, and Son Tra ward (Da Nang City) on 14 & 15 July 2026. The training aims to equip participants with practical skills to develop concrete business plans — including financial plans — applying green and circular economy principles, so they can apply for the project’s call for initiatives which will be launched in June 2026.
2-3 local initiatives will be selected and funded under the call. The training is therefore a critical step to ensure participants submit strong, viable, and feasible applications.
The participants of this training have basic knowledge about green and circular economy because they already participated in the ToT training course and/or community training courses on green and circular economy organised by the project from September to December last year.
To deliver this training, Visible Impact is recruiting a Lead Trainer working alongside the training assistant who is also the awareness-raising trainer for the training.
Visible Impact invites interested Vietnamese consultants to submit the following EoI documents to info@visible-impact.eu by 23:59, 5 June 2026 (German time):

- 1 example of similar work (e.g. Training report, trainer certificate, etc.)
