The EU-funded project “Enabling women in Central of Vietnam to improve their lives and protect the environment, and natural resources by applying green and circular economy” (in short, the project), contributes to increasing the participation of women in Da Nang city in the green and circular economy. By creating a comprehensive environment for women to understand about the green and circular economy, as well as equipping them with a capacity-building programme and also a sustainable funding mechanism, women will not only improve their access to decent jobs in this field to gain income, but also get encouraged to develop their entrepreneurship to improve their role in the areas.
This project is implemented by GreenViet Biodiversity Conservation Centre (GreenViet, Vietnam) – the lead, Visible Impact (Germany), and Centre for Social Research and Development (CSRD, Vietnam). The project is funded by the Delegation of the European Union to Vietnam.

To enhance the business development & management, economic sustainability, marketing & market access, and long-term viability of these models, the project will implement a tailored Business Coaching Programme (including mentoring) focused on business development, management, and marketing for each model as well as fostering synergy and cross-learning among the 3 supported business models.
For this purpose, Visible Impact is seeking to contract 1 Local Business Mentor-Coach in Vietnam to deliver this coaching programme for the 3 supported business initiatives.
Interested candidates are invited to submit the following required documents:

- A cover letter, indicating (1) the expected daily rate, and (2) outlining their suitability and technical approach for the position
- At least 1 example of similar work (eg. a coaching/mentoring report, certificate(s) of being a business coach/mentor, etc.)
